1. General Information and Definitions

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the al999 support team immediately. The relevant member is responsible for all activities conducted through the account.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

If false or incorrect information is provided at registration, al999 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold deposited funds. If your personal details change, inform the support team immediately.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on al999:

Any one of the following documents may need to be provided for verification:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National Identity Card (NID)
• A photo of the information page of a valid passport
• Driving licence (if applicable)
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement, not more than 3 months old)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad or bank account)

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. al999 may request additional information or documents if deemed necessary.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on al999 is ৳500. You can deposit funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

The payment method used at the time of deposit must be registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used to deposit into the account.

5.3 Transaction Errors

Users are obliged to return any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error. al999 reserves the right to deduct such amounts directly from the account to correct such errors.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

al999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Although each bonus has its own specific terms, the general rules listed below apply to all bonuses.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be met before the welcome bonus becomes withdrawable.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled at expiry.
• Check the specific game restrictions before placing bets with bonus funds.
• Systematic betting (bonus abuse) for the purpose of exploiting bonuses is strictly prohibited.

al999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Members can be promoted to higher tiers based on regular activity and participation.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on al999 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules which can be found within the game or in the help section.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. al999 does not manipulate game results and fair play is ensured. If a game is interrupted for any reason, the system automatically recovers the game from the last confirmed state.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game. al999 reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Betting limits may be adjusted for specific members under special circumstances.

7.3 Sports Betting

• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources

• Using any bot, automated software or artificial intelligence to influence game results
• Playing games in collusion with other members
• Spreading false claims or information against al999's interests

al999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account to investigate any suspicious activity.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.2 Closure at al999's Initiative

al999 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

10.3 Inactive Accounts

13. Changes to Terms
